Based in Midlothian, TX 75165, you will be the go-to expert who keeps our facility running smoothly. From early walk-throughs to end-of-day checklists, you’ll ensure equipment and building systems perform at their best so our teams can work without interruption.
Your Core Impact
- Start the day with routine facility and equipment inspections to spot issues before they grow.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to sustain peak performance of machinery and building systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components; replace faulty parts as needed.
- Respond quickly to incoming service requests and troubleshoot on the spot.
- Document all maintenance activity and repairs with accuracy.
- Partner with teammates to refine processes and drive efficiency across the maintenance program.
- Champion safety by following regulations and company policies.
- Help onboard and coach new maintenance team members when needed.
About You
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related trade is a plus.
- Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or in a closely related role.
- Proficient with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Comfortable reading technical manuals and interpreting blueprints.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with strong follow-through.
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams.
- Self-directed yet effective in a team environment.
- Open to flexible scheduling, including some weekends and holidays when required.
