• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Pay: Starts at $20+/hour, based on experience
• Properties: Hotel and residential portfolios

Is this you?

• Comfortable juggling multiple sites in a day?
• Skilled in painting, drywall, light plumbing, and basic electrical?
• Self-directed, dependable, and safety-minded?
• Equipped with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation?

What you’ll do

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance in units and common areas
• Diagnose and resolve minor electrical and plumbing issues
• Patch drywall, repaint surfaces, and complete cosmetic repairs
• Repair doors, fixtures, walls, and other building elements
• Handle incoming maintenance requests and close out work orders
• Travel as needed between assigned properties
• Independently prioritize tasks to meet daily goals

Core qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience: painting, drywall, plumbing, basic electrical
• General maintenance competency and troubleshooting mindset
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Driver’s license and dependable transportation
