What you will take on
- Start up, commission in the field, and service commercial HVAC systems—including air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management platforms.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues on water-source heat pumps and rooftop packaged systems.
- Interface with customers, document findings, and ensure systems meet performance criteria.
- Support a growing book of service business throughout the Michigan area.
What you need to succeed
- Hands-on field experience in commercial heating and air conditioning.
- Working knowledge of commercial A/C, heating, water-source heat pumps, and packaged rooftop HVAC units.
- EPA Type I & II or Universal certification.
- Personal hand tools and a clean driving record.
- OSHA 10-hour training certification (preferred).
Pay
Estimated Salary: $24- $50/hr, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
Territory
Michigan-based role supporting customers across the region.
