Pay Range: Targeted salary of $72,000 dependent on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)

Travel: May be required

Position Introduction:

The College of Dentistry seeks an experienced building manager to oversee construction projects, preventive maintenance and day-to-to operations of the facility.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor degree
• 36 months minimum of experience in facility management or project management.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor''s degree for a total of 84 months related experience.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

Valid Oklahoma Driver''s License in order to drive University vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days from hire date.
