BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER
The purpose of this position is to maintain the appearance and safety of City facilities. This is accomplished by sanitizing restrooms, collecting and removing trash and recyclable materials and maintaining the interior and exterior of facilities. Other duties include performing general and specialty cleaning activities, maintaining floors, requisitioning supplies, and interacting with City employees and citizens. This position does not provide direction to other employees.

The city offers vacation and sick leave, as well as ten paid holidays. Full time employees earn three weeks of vacation during their first year of employment and 10 hours of sick leave a month.
