Building Maintenance Pay: $15.00 per hour Location: Tulsa, OK 74127 Shift: 10: 00 AM 6: 00 PM or 11: 00 AM 7: 00 PM (On-Call Required) Job Type: Temp-to-Hire / On-Call Position Overview The Building Maintenance role is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks to keep facilities safe and operational. This Building Maintenance position requires strong handyman skills, flexibility, and availability for on-call assignments. The ideal Building Maintenance candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and capable of handling a variety of repair tasks. Required Experience & Skills Proven maintenance or handyman experience Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and repair work Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work on-call, weekends, and holidays Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair on buildings and facilities Complete basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and repair tasks Respond to routine and on-call maintenance requests Perform grounds maintenance including mowing and upkeep Inspect facilities for safety or maintenance issues Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Additional Information On-call position with flexible scheduling Minimum 2-hour pay guarantee when called in Weekend and holiday availability required Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work environments Exposure to weather conditions, tools, and equipment Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and movement
