Title: Building engineer
Pay Rate:25-26/HR on W2
Hours: M-F 7am - 3:30pm with possible OT
Location: 501 North Sixth St, Monticello IN
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
Manufacturing facility
Candidate will need to be comfortable climbing ladders and going on the roof
Candidate will be at the site by themselves, so they will need to be a self-starter
Team Overview:
Mostly independent role, but will need to be able to hop in and assist others when needed.
Resource's typical working day:
Assigned daily/weekly/monthly PM's
Complete assigned work orders
Basic plumbing
Patching/painting
Dock door inspections
Ceiling tile replacements
Licenses/Certifications:
Any applicable HVAC licensing is a plus

Drywalling skills
Electrical skills
Nice to have skills:
HVAC experience
Vendor management skills

- Need to be able to trouble-shoot and also know when to advocate for outside vendors
