Waukesha, WI 53188 | 1st Shift | Full-Time (Temp-to-hire) | $27–$30/hr (BOE)

The Job

Our client is a growing property management company looking for a skilled, reliable hands-on maintenance tech to keep commercial buildings running right. This is a working technician role, not a desk job. You’ll be fixing, repairing, maintaining, and moving between multiple properties across Southeast Wisconsin.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling daily work orders and repair requests
• Troubleshooting issues and figuring out what needs fixing before starting
• Performing routine maintenance to keep equipment and buildings in good shape
• Making repairs related to basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, carpentry, doors, lighting, and general building upkeep
• Keeping tools, parts, and supplies organized across properties
• Coordinating with outside contractors when jobs go beyond in-house work
• Driving between multiple Southeast Wisconsin locations as needed

This is a physical, on‑your‑feet job that keeps you busy and challenged.

What We Want

• Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities, or a skilled trade
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and maintenance equipment
• Someone who works independently and doesn’t need to be babysat
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time
• Able to handle a steady physical workload
• Clean driving record needed

Pay & Growth

• $27–$30 per hour, based on experience
