The Building Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance, repair, and operation of City of Allen facilities, helping ensure that buildings, equipment, and systems remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for employees and the public. This position performs a variety of skilled maintenance tasks involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, and general building systems while responding to work orders, conducting preventive maintenance, and supporting facility operations. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to teamwork and a passion for embracing and advancing the City's organizational culture.
