The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in building maintenance and repair. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the property is well -maintained, and all equipment is functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities for Building Maintenance Technician:<\/b>

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC<\/span>

  • Respond to service requests in a timely and efficient manner<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of equipment<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Inspect buildings, identify maintenance issues and provide solutions<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure the property is maintained in a clean, safe and professional manner<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    Qualifications for Building Maintenance Technician:<\/b>
    <\/div>
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in building maintenance<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems (HVAC helpful)<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong problem -solving and troubleshooting abilities<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation<\/span>
      <\/li>
