Under general supervision, perform skilled tasks requiring knowledge to inspect, repair, install, and maintain physical facilities requiring skilled mechanical and trades work. This position requires a good working knowledge of several related skill fields such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding and machinist work. The Maintenance Lead will also lead and work in the maintenance, repair, remodeling, and construction of buildings, grounds, machinery, equipment, facilities and utilities structures. The Maintenance Lead I will supervise journey-level trades workers and others engaged in maintenance, repair and modifications to campus facilities and coordinate with all campus community.
Minimum Qualifications:
Salary is $6,690 a month
The work schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A regular schedule will be finalized upon hire. Candidate must be willing to work on-site for all or a portion of their schedule.
