Maintenance / Porter Professional Needed!

The Bilingual Porter is responsible for facility upkeep and enhancement on an ongoing basis. While the position is predominantly focused on a variety of maintenance activities, a key component of this role is patient experience. Beacon Hill Hospitality Porters are true customer service professionals who inherently love to help others and are happy to eliminate any anxiety that can come with a hospital visit.
The Porter is responsible for maintaining the parking grounds in a clean and orderly fashion at all times with a focus on safety. The Porter promotes positive relationships with all employees and customers and strives to make the first and last impression of the parking grounds the highest quality. In this role, it is important that the Porter maintains a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.

The physical demands of this position and the work environment characteristics described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position. The maintenance department is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. Maintenance workers will frequently find themselves in positions involving bending, leaning, twisting, lifting, crouching, and squatting, depending on projects. They must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 30lbs and be able to wear PPE (personal protective equipment).
Work Environment
As it is an outdoor role, the employee may be subjected to the weather conditions of the time. Long periods of standing and walking are required.
