Pay Rate: 23.50 Location: 2145 MetroCenter Blvd, Orlando - M-F 7-4
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Two buildings right across the street from each other. Resources typical working day includes preventative maintenance checks, walking the building, and responding to tenant request calls including HVAC. Will be tenant facing, have to interact with tenants.
Must Have Skills: Light plumbing, light electrical experience. Would have to understand and know what they are dealing with RTUs and chiller systems preferably both.
Nice to have skills: More HVAC experience would be a major plus. Bilingual would be a plus.
Years of Experience: 2-3 years of experience. Education: High School diploma. Software skills: Basic computer skills, client systems, Alerton and Tracer systems. They also use Outlook and Teams heavily.
Summary: As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
