Job Title: Building Engineer
Work Location: Conroe, TX
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am - 3:30pm, OT as needed. On call for emergencies only
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Job Description:- This is a very physically grueling job, candidate must be comfortable walking up and down stairs all day long
- This is full industrial site
- Full safety gear is required and provided
- Steel toe boots
- Safety glasses
- Hearing protection
- Cut resistant gloves
- Team Overview:
Responsibilities :- This is a work order guided position
- Responsible for building and grounds
- Painting
- Mechanical work
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
Skills & Qualifications :- Open to all experience levels
- HS diploma or GED, trade school preferred, not required
- Software skills:
- Basic computer skills
- Basic tablet skills
- Email/communication skills
Must Have Skills:- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic electrical skills
- Basic plumbing skills
- Great customer service skills
- Must be comfortable going up on the roof
Nice to have skills:- Forklift experience
- HVAC experience
- Dock door experience
- Leveler experience
