Description
Responsibilities
- Conducting field observations associated with pre, during, and post-construction assessments for facility related services to include roofing, masonry/flashings, EIFS, waterproofing and window assemblies
- Documenting observations daily in written field reports
- Performing general department administrative duties with the ability to navigate Microsoft Word and Excel
- Interacting and communicating effectively with site contractors, other technicians, and project managers
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2-5 years of experience
Professional certifications (WACEL, ACI and/or AWCI) would go a long way
Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - Mileage will be reimbursed
