Strategic Tech Works is partnering with a growing mechanical and building automation company to hire a motivated Sales Representative focused on Building Automation Controls (BAS/DDC) and HVAC solutions. This field-based role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on creating opportunities, building relationships, and closing business. - Drive new business by calling on mechanical contractors, general contractors, engineers, and end users
- Sell HVAC and Building Automation (BAS/DDC) systems and service solutions
- Generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field activity
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts
- Provide technical solutions tailored to customer needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Prepare and present proposals aligned with project specifications
- Follow up on bids and actively manage pipeline opportunities
- Stay engaged with existing customers to maintain satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities
