Job Title: Building Automation Field Service Engineer
Job Description
This role focuses on delivering high-quality aftermarket services for building automation and controls systems. As a Building Automation Field Service Engineer, you will commission, optimize, troubleshoot, and support complex HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems across multiple platforms. You will work closely with clients to resolve technical issues, recommend preventative maintenance and additional services, and ensure systems operate reliably and efficiently. Work Environment
This role is based in the Twin Cities area, with an office located in St. Paul. You will spend the majority of your time traveling to and working at various client sites across the region. The work environment includes critical facilities such as hospitals, data centers, and schools, where reliability and system performance are essential. Most days will be spent onsite with client staff, collaborating closely to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and recommend preventative and value-added services. The position involves a combination of office-based tasks, such as documentation and coordination, and field-based work in mechanical rooms, equipment spaces, and occupied facilities. Regular driving between sites is required, and you will work with modern building automation technologies, networked systems, and standard office productivity tools. #mneng26

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
