Your Day-to-Day: * Develop maintenance policy and procedures that ensure the functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. * Manage all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, waste management, grounds management and snow removal. * Manage and train a staff of employees in the daily performance of their jobs of general upkeep and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. * Ensure all work follows safety standards, conforms to specifications, and that work orders are tracked and completed. * May oversee contractors engaged for facility renovation projects. * Orders and maintains inventory of supplies required for continuing operations. * Help with the hiring and discipline processes of employees. * Ensure that project, department milestones, and goals are met safely. * Other responsibilities as assigned. Who You Are: * High School Graduate or Equivalent * Previous experience as a supervisor or 4 years of Building and Grounds experience * Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD products), and employment testing.
