Were looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented Builder II to join our team. In this role, youll own features and workstreams end-to-end, from concept to launch, across both backend and frontend, while ensuring the highest level of quality for your teams deliverables. The ideal candidate operates with independence in ambiguous spaces, brings strong technical ability and project management skills, and multiplies the effectiveness of those around them. Youll be the kind of engineer others come to for help, helping shape how your team works, not just what it delivers. Builder IIs are also fluent AI practitioners: you dont just use AI tools, you build with AI, creating automations and workflows that others adopt. Youre developing deep expertise in at least one domain, curious about the frontier, and bring innovative thinking, effective engineering leadership, and strong communication skills to a team-oriented environment.
