Superior Plastics is employee owned and seeking a motivated and hands-on Quality Inspector to join our growing manufacturing team in Plain City, Ohio. This is an opportunity to lead people, drive production performance, and work for a stable company that values its team members. Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing and recording dimensional and other quality control checks as needed
- Support and provide direction to production for packaging and quality needs
- Work with managers to solve customer quality issues.
- Follow company safety standards and operational procedures
Pay
Schedule That Works for Work–Life
- Our unique rotating schedule means you only work 7 days in a 14-day pay period:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Work/Life balance. You receive full-time pay and benefits while enjoying built-in time off throughout the month.
- Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Qualifications
- Previous quality control experience preferred
- Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
