• Execution of meal plan laid out by Executive Sous Chef;

• Proper staff maintenance of equipment;
• Oversee menu planning and recipes;
• Interviews qualified candidates for open positions;
• Schedules and approves changes in schedule for assigned shift;
• Trains and counsels employees according to SSC policies and procedures;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.S
