The Food Runner / Buffet Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down buffet stations to ensure items are fresh, hot, and appealing.
Responsibilities include transporting food from the kitchen, stocking buffet items, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and assisting with guest service by running food to tables and helping with guest needs.
Key duties involve delivering food accurately, monitoring and replenishing buffet items, presenting food attractively, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Availability on early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.
