Position Overview
BWW GO is built for takeout and delivery--digital orders, fast handoff, and food that hits every time. You'll lead the team that keeps the kitchen humming and guests coming back.
What you'll do
- Own daily operations: speed of service, order accuracy, and food quality
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team for peak to-go and delivery volume
- Keep the line tight: prep, stations, timing, and ticket flow
- Drive cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, waste, and cash handling
- Solve problems fast--missing items, late orders, guest recovery
What we're looking for
- Manager experience in QSR/fast casual/high-volume kitchens preferred
- Strong operational instincts: speed + accuracy + standards
- Comfortable leading from the floor during rush periods
- Tech-friendly (tablet/digital ordering systems are part of the day)
California-required benefits & protections (no extras)
