AS MANAGER

You will help manage the overall operations of the restaurant including the restaurants financial health, probability, and success. Through overall leadership, development, and engagement of all restaurant team members, you will be key in creating legendary experiences for guests. You have one to four years of restaurant, quick service restaurant experience, or previous restaurant management or General Manager experience. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team. You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities of a Store Manager

• Recruiting and appraising staff • Training and supervising staff • Managing budgets • Maintaining financial and statistical records • Dealing with customer complaints and queries • Overseeing stock and pricing control • Maximizing profitability and productivity • Motivating staff to meet sales targets • Setting sales targets • Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations • Preparing promotional displays and materials • Liaising with management
