Position Overview
BWW GO is all about great food, fast handoff, and accurate orders. You'll prep, cook, pack, and keep the kitchen clean and moving.
What you'll do
- Prep and assemble menu items with speed and consistency
- Pack orders carefully (accuracy matters--every item, every time)
- Keep your station stocked, clean, and ready for rushes
- Support the team wherever needed--line, expo, cleaning
What we're looking for
- Reliable, team-first attitude
- Comfortable in a high-energy kitchen environment
- Willing to learn standards and move with urgency
California-required benefits & protections (no extras)
- Paid sick leave (CA-required), workers' comp, UI/SDI, PFL (if eligible)
- Meal/rest breaks and overtime per CA requirements
