The Financial and Corporate Budget Specialist will support budgeting, financial coordination, and related corporate finance activities with a strong focus on cross-border collaboration with Korea. This role requires a solid accounting or finance foundation combined with cultural awareness, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills. The position is intended to localize responsibilities currently supported by a dispatcher based in Korea and to enhance long-term operational continuity.
Support corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial coordination activities in alignment with global standards
Act as a key liaison between local operations and Korean stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Interpret, adapt, and execute accounting and budgeting processes with flexibility while maintaining accuracy and compliance
Provide financial insights and support to management as needed
Assist with process documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a global corporate environment
Mid-level background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of budgeting and financial principles
Professional proficiency in the Korean language
Experience working in a global or multinational corporate environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in less rigid, evolving processes
High degree of adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and interpersonal effectiveness
Familiarity with the company's industry or similar sectors
Strong understanding of Korean business practices and culture
Born in Korea (preferred but not required)
Flexible and adaptable approach to processes and problem-solving
Strong cultural awareness, particularly in Korean corporate and social contexts
Ability to build trust and credibility across geographic and cultural boundaries
Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel to Korea for approximately 2–3 weeks as part of the onboarding process to gain firsthand exposure to processes, systems, and organizational culture
