Collect and prepare financial packages, prepare analysis, projections, cashflow calculation and complete credit memo for credit approval. Preparing and maintaining a variety of accounting files, records, documents and lists relating to construction funding and payments. Processing construction contracts, consulting, and sub-contracting service contracts, tracking timely payments of invoices, taxes, payments for permits and licenses etc. Perform general accounting functions regarding construction budgets, payments, funding and loan documentation. Checking confirmations for quotes and invoices and tracking construction deliveries to the sites. Presentation of budget and cash flow forecasts.
