The Budget Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development and monitoring of the budgets for all County departments. In addition to the Operating Budget, the responsibilities will include the Capital and Debt Service budgets. The Budget Analyst is also responsible for cash flow forecasting and monitoring monthly budget reconciliation and working with departments to identify budgetary concerns. This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
