Dates: September 22 26 (Mon Fri)
Format: 40 hours of paid training + Zoom interviews only
Compensation: $7,500 sign-on bonus and $1,500/month draw against commission
Requirements: Clean background and clean driver's license (MVR)
Greet customers, answer questions, deliver outstanding service
Direct customers to vehicles; introduce promotions and opportunities
Maintain a sharp sales floor: products, signage, displays
Operate registers/desk tools; manage basic transactions and balance as needed
Hit goals, cross-sell, and grow in-store sales
Build superior product knowledge and follow company policies
Resolve complaints with empathy and tact
High school diploma or Associate's degree
Retail/sales experience (automotive preferred, not required)
Professional appearance; strong communication; basic math/reading
Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Able to stand/walk for extended periods
Clean background and MVR required
