At the Cowboy Channel, we deliver the heart of western sports and lifestyle to millions of fans across the country. From the dirt of the arena to the screens in living rooms nationwide, every signal we send carries the energy of the sport we love. We're looking for a Broadcast Operations Technician to help us deliver that experience flawlessly, every time the lights come up.
You'll be the central nervous system of our live transmission operation — the person who makes sure every feed gets where it needs to go, sounds right, looks right, and hits air without a hitch. Working from a master event calendar, you'll manage encoder inventory, route live signals, and serve as a key point of contact connecting production, engineering, digital, and network operations.
Beyond the transmission desk, you'll get hands-on with studio and remote productions — running lighting, audio boards, control systems, and more — contributing directly to the live and pre-recorded content our audience tunes in for.
