Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT)is seeking multiple skilled and safety-focused Bridge Maintenance Specialist to fill vacancies in Everett, WA. Working under the direction of a Maintenance Specialist Lead, these positions will perform journey-level maintenance, repair, and operational work on more than 1,300 bridges throughout the Northwest Region (NWR), ensuring structures remain safe, functional, and compliant with established standards. In these roles, you will be responsible for hands-on structural and mechanical repairs, inspections, equipment operation, and collaboration with maintenance crews while contributing to a respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
