Job Requirements
Lead the planning, administration, and design of structural bridge projects, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards. Conduct detailed structural analysis, seismic analysis, and design for various bridge projects. Develop and review engineering calculations for reinforced and prestressed concrete, steel structures, and other materials. Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, plans, specifications, and estimates.
Utilize engineering software packages such as Midas Civil, LEAP Bridge Enterprise, L-Pile, LEAP Bridge Steel, and MathCAD for project delivery. Ensure timely delivery of PS&E contract documents, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across various geographic locations. Conduct quality control and assurance activities to maintain high standards in project execution.
Apply advanced seismic design principles and non-linear analysis techniques to bridge projects. Develop quantities and cost estimates, ensuring projects stay within budget. Collaborate with CADD technicians to develop detailed bridge plans and specifications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, code requirements, and client objectives.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position in Washington is $130,000 to $160,000 per year. The base pay offered may be higher or lower, depending on the candidates job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
