**Mammography Technologist**
**PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center | Vancouver, WA**
**Full-Time (1.0 FTE) | Day Shift**
**Consistent 4-Day Schedule: Thursday-Sunday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM**
**Compensation:** $40.99 - $60.98/hour (based on experience, education, and Collective Bargaining Agreement)
**Weekend Differential:** +$1.00/hour for Saturday & Sunday
**Hiring Bonus & Relocation Assistance may be available**
**A Schedule That Trades Weekends for Real Mid-Week Freedom**
This role is ideal for technologists who value **predictability, fewer handoffs, and quieter days off.**
Instead of rotating shifts or unpredictable weekends, you'll work a set **Thursday-Sunday schedule** , giving you three consecutive days off every week- **Monday through Wednesday.**

**What You'll Do**
+ **Patient-Centered Care:** Greet each patient with empathy and clear explanations
+ **High-Quality Imaging:** Perform precise mammography using advanced equipment
+ **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with radiologists and clinical partners
+ **Quality & Safety:** Follow MQSA/ACR standards and ALARA principles
+ **Mentorship:** Support peers and learners in a calm, respectful environment
**Qualifications**
+ **Education:** Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
+ **Credentials:**
+ ARRT (R) required
+ ARRT (M) required within 6 months of hire
+ Washington State Rad Tech license and BLS required by start date
