Breakfast Attendant

Opportunity: Breakfast Attendant

Prepare and serve breakfast for hotel guests while greeting them in a friendly manner, adhering to brand, hotel, and sustainability standards. Your growth path includes roles from Restaurant Server or Guest Service Agent to Restaurant Supervisor or Front Desk Manager.

Your focus includes:

• Carrying food, dishes, trays, and silverware to serving areas
• Setting up attractive food displays and maintaining cleanliness for food safety
• Wiping tables, scraping and stacking dishes for cleaning
• Cleaning spills, removing trash, and restocking supplies
• Filling beverage and ice dispensers, stocking condiments
• Locating and providing guest-requested items
• Polishing counters and furniture, mopping floors
• Monitoring guest satisfaction scores and working to improve them
• Following sustainability practices and safety procedures
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (food sanitation certification preferred), with food and beverage experience or training.
