The breakfast attendant greets customers and answers their questions about meal or specific diet requests. They replenish stocking stations with utensils, condiments, napkins and cups. They assist clients, provide information, and ensure orderly and efficient operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Clean the guest dining area by bussing tables after guests have finished eating and wiping down the tables. Maintains dining rooms clean and clutter free appearance throughout the day. Monitor and restock the breakfast buffet as needed throughout the morning while adhering to health code standards. Greet diners in an upbeat and positive attitude. Answer questions about food, provide directions and help guests carry meals/beverages to tables as needed. Perform shift prep duties such as: restocking paper goods, rolling silverware, recording stock levels of food and kitchen items, and general light cleaning.
