We’re seeking a Marketing & CRM Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, while supporting our CRM implementation. This role will play a key part in strengthening our brand and improving customer engagement. The ideal candidate brings a blend of skills in marketing, CRM expertise, and graphic design, who thrives in a collaborative and evolving environment.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute marketing plans for each Sanco division.
- Create engaging content and marketing materials (videos, graphics, print, swag).
- Manage digital channels: social media, email, website, and SharePoint.
- Plan and run advertising campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid social, occasional print/billboard).
- Coordinate trade shows and promotional events.
- Maintain and evolve our brand voice and identity.
- Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of CRM systems.
- Partners with key stakeholders to improve CRM adoption and effectiveness.
- Develop reporting dashboards and track marketing and sales performance metrics.
Qualifications- 3 or more years of experience in marketing and CRM administration.
- Experience supporting or implementing CRM systems preferred.
- Strong graphic design and content creation skills is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing advertising.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills.

This is a fully onsite position. The selected candidate will be expected to work from our office Monday through Friday.
