Position: Brand Protection Specialist
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM

Purpose of Position:
The Brand Protection Specialist supports the Customer Service department by ensuring that all escalated customers are provided with 5-star customer service experience. They will be a subject matter expert for all West Shore Home products and work collaboratively with General Managers to troubleshoot all escalated concerns. A Brand Protection Specialist will interact with customers at all levels and be able to de-escalate the most sensitive situations. They will be looking for every opportunity possible to enhance the customer service experience.
