Description and Requirements
The Brand Project Specialist is the operational engine of Motorola''s Global Brand team - ensuring that campaigns, creative workstreams, and cross-functional processes move with clarity, speed, and precision. This role sits at the intersection of project management and brand execution, partnering closely with campaign and brand Managers to keep complex, multi-track work on schedule and on brief.
This is a role for someone who thrives in structured complexity - equally comfortable building a workback schedule and facilitating a cross-functional alignment meeting. You''ll be the connective tissue across our Premium, Core, and Commercial campaign tracks, supporting the team''s evolution from a downstream execution function to an upstream author of brand strategy and creative direction.

Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar); comfort adopting new platforms as needed.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL. This is an on-site role with no remote flexibility.
Skills & Competencies
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $85k-95K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
