JD / Required skills: - Educating the organization on the benefits of an intuitive naming system - Collaborating to systematically triage naming requests and contextualize requests alongside other brand / communications workstreams like value proposition development Owning and overseeing name development, maintaining process best practices, and building conviction around recommendations - Liaising with business to collect information and required inputs and bringing together the right stakeholders to gain strategic alignment to start the process - Developing naming criteria to support expansive exploration and quality evaluation and leading tissue session for alignment - Conducting competitive audit to understand the name's role in the marketplace - Generating quality, legally viable names in keeping with naming criteria and managing iteration - Determining when the internal creative engine can benefit from external agency support - Developing compelling naming presentation for shortlisting and alignment on a focused list names for relevant screenings and validation research - Collaborating with internal teams and vendors for full legal screening, linguistic screening and validation research processes as relevant to identify trademarking and association risks - Aligning with key stakeholders on final name
