Overview

We re seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to support the execution of a large-scale, multi-channel brand campaign across the U.S. This role is focused on program and project management within marketing, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand strategy.
This is an execution-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in coordination, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration rather than strategy or creative development.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate a multi-channel brand campaign across paid, owned, and earned media
  • Develop, manage, and maintain the master campaign timeline using Airtable
  • Translate campaign strategy into clear workstreams, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track dependencies across media channels (paid media, email, social, demand generation)
  • Identify risks and escalate issues with recommended solutions
Agency & Publisher Coordination
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for media agencies and key publishers
  • Coordinate media plan inputs, asset requirements, deadlines, and launch readiness
  • Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines and publisher specifications
  • Consolidate internal feedback and manage agency revision cycles
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to align paid, owned, and earned media efforts
  • Support campaign intake, channel alignment, and scope definition
  • Coordinate execution for campaign-related events and surround sound media efforts
  • Assist with limited copywriting as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience executing multi-channel brand marketing campaigns
  • Strong project/program management skills within a marketing environment
  • Experience managing timelines, stakeholders, and campaign execution workflows
  • Advanced expertise in PowerPoint (Expert level required)
  • Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Airtable
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with agencies, internal teams, and media partners
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution focus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large-scale brand campaigns or brand refresh initiatives
  • Exposure to coordination across Tier 1 and Tier 2 media publishers
  • Basic copywriting skills for marketing content support
