What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Brand Marketing Assistant, you'll help increase brand awareness while delivering exceptional customer experiences through face-to-face interactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Represent client brands professionally at live promotional events, retail activations, and community outreach campaigns.
- Engage with customers to increase brand awareness and build positive relationships.
- Educate customers about products, services, promotions, and current marketing campaigns.
- Assist with planning and executing brand marketing events and promotional campaigns.
- Deliver outstanding customer service during all customer interactions.
- Support event setup, displays, promotional materials, and campaign logistics.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and promotional activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals.
- Participate in paid training focused on brand marketing, communication, customer engagement, leadership development, and sales fundamentals.
