Growing food manufacturer in Bloomington, MN is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to drive growth across its food brands. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that combines brand strategy, innovation, consumer insights, and product portfolio management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches
- Manage packaging, digital marketing assets, and sales support materials
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer, category, and market insights
- Support new product innovation from concept through commercialization
- Analyze POS and syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana, SPINS, etc.) to guide business decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Operations, Finance, and external agencies
- Manage portfolio performance, pricing analysis, and forecasting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of Brand Management, Marketing or CPG experience
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing marketing communications and agency relationships
- Experience utilizing consumer insights and POS data to drive decisions
- CPG experience required; food industry experience preferred
- Foods experience and Spanish proficiency are a plus
Salary & Benefits:
Base salary $120k -150k/yr. depending on level of experience.
