Job Purpose:
This Brand Manager role will have direct ownership of the Kraft Brand, with keen focus on the Mayo and Dressings Categories. This role will also oversee Grey Poupon and A.1. in our foodservice unit. Brand Managers are leaders in our business. This role will have end to end ownership over brand strategy and marketing campaign execution. This role will include working in close connection with the customer marketing team to build customer strategy and a robust execution plan. This position is best suited for someone who is has a strong bias for action, a strategic mindset, ownership mentality, creative problem-solving skills, and able to think scrappy. This person must be comfortable working both horizontally and vertically across an organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward to achieve deadlines. This role will also include category and brand performance reporting to help inform key 'go-forward' decisions. This role includes commercialization of both product and packaging renovations and trailblazing initiatives. This role will bring strategy to life and require cross-functional leadership to drive further growth and operator penetration in the Mayo and Dressings categories.
You will be responsible for ensuring that consumers engage with our brands consistently across channels. You will also own the one, three, and five-year growth plan for your portfolio. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies is critical.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$120,800.00 - $151,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
