Position Summary:
The Brand Manager at Risewell Homes is a highly visible, cross-functional role responsible for stewarding and growing the Risewell brand across all markets, neighborhoods, and consumer touchpoints. This leader will manage agency partners, oversee brand content and media plans, and develop promotional strategies that drive qualified traffic, support sales, and strengthen long-term brand equity.
This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, performance marketing, and field execution—partnering closely with the Neighborhood Marketing team, Divisional Sales leaders, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency, strong local relevance, and disciplined execution across the business.
The Brand Manager will play a central role in translating brand strategy into actionable plans, compelling campaigns, and promotions that support business objectives at both the national and local level.

This is primarily a sedentary position. Requires the ability to hear, type and talk. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. The primary work location is a corporate office with low to moderate noise levels. Appropriate business apparel and professional appearance are expected.
