Job Description
We are seeking a Brand Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in brand and franchise management within entertainment, PowerPoint and Excel, and cross-functional collaboration and a proven ability to translate consumer insights into brand strategy and support development of long-range property and go-to-market plans.
Responsibilities:
- Support development of long-range property and franchise plans across consumer demographics, managing lifecycle considerations.
- Complete and maintain brand plans for client's franchises by verifying internal information and ensuring accuracy.
- Analyze insights and consumer trends and translate findings into practical brand strategies and activation recommendations.
- Develop pitch materials and presentations to support business needs, including sell-in with retail and licensing partners.
- Collaborate with retail and licensing teams to support go-to-market planning and execution.
- Leverage PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint or similar systems to organize, track, and share brand assets and plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in brand management, franchise marketing, or licensing within the entertainment industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High organization with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across multifunctional teams.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for slide creation and storytelling. Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel.
- Self-starter, dependable, proactive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategy development for entertainment properties.
- Background in social media or marketing within an enterprise entertainment organization.
Work Schedule & Details:
- Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PT, onsite.
- Reports to: SVP, Brand Management and Marketing, Products & Experiences.
