A leading digital streaming network seeks a Brand Management Consultant to support the Global Products & Experiences Division through strategic brand management, licensing support, franchise marketing, and cross-functional leadership initiatives. This role will act as a strategic partner and department representative, leading brand planning, go-to-market strategies, consumer insights initiatives, and cross-company collaboration efforts across key franchise portfolios.
Brand Management Consultant Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of long-range property plans, lifecycle strategies, and go-to-market initiatives for key brands and franchises across multiple consumer demographics.
- Lead day-to-day coordination and strategic collaboration with partners across hardlines, softlines, live experiences, publishing, corporate franchise, retail, licensing, and content teams while representing the division in cross-functional and cross-company meetings.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and research insights to inform data-driven brand strategies, identify additional research opportunities, and support strategic business decisions.
- Develop, manage, and review marketing materials, pitch decks, presentations, brand plans, and sales support materials while overseeing approvals and maintaining alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate meetings, support sell-in processes with licensing and retail partners, and contribute strategic leadership within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Brand Management Consultant Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, franchise management, marketing strategy, licensing, consumer products, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Licensing experience or marketing strategy experience.
- Experience supporting licensing initiatives for consumer products, toy brands, or companies such as Mattel is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and business initiatives.
- Microsoft Office applications experience (e.g., Word, Excel), and PowerPoint skills with experience creating and managing presentations, pitch decks, and slide materials.
