Brand Assistant – Brand & Creative ServicesAllCare Health Headquarters, Grants Pass, OR, USSummary of PositionThis position is responsible for assisting members of the Brand & Creative Services team to provide support for brand management operations across several lines of business by performing the following duties.Job DutiesAssists the Director of Brand & Creative Services in brand-related activities.Coordinates daily projects among internal team members and vendors.Meets daily with the Director of Brand & Creative Services on assigned projects, coordinates job responsibilities and provides updates on work in progress.Troubleshoots problems that may arise in assigned projects.Maintains all job folders and electronic files in accordance with the procedures established.Keeps supervisors aware of events affecting the brand's success, profitability, and interaction with the public and vendors.Maintains a complete understanding of AllCare Health's products and services.Assists with the development and writing of creative instructions.Works directly with the Director of Brand & Creative Services to develop production schedules.Assists with implementation of strategic marketing, business and communications plan.Assists with coordination of production on a wide range of materials such as signage, promotional items, and collateral.Provides support for events and exhibitions where brand presence is required.Gathers information, within and outside of the company, to support collateral creation.Maintains collateral inventory.Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.Respectfully takes direction from leadership.Meets all required training including those listed in Relias Learning Module System (LMS).Performs other duties as assigned.On Call ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have any on call responsibilities.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.Job RequirementsMay require the use of personal vehicle for local travel (subject to mileage reimbursement).May require the use of a personal cell phone (cell phone stipend applicable).QualificationsAbility to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to safety or health of employee or others.
