WorldSprings is the outdoor, social-wellness experience that helps every guest feel better through globally-inspired soaking waters.
Job Summary:
The Brand Ambassador will embody a passionate, friendly, and engaging presence to bring our brand to life. As the face of the brand, you’ll connect with our guests and the local community, as well as local partners, to spread the word about the benefits of mineral soaking, sauna rituals, and contrast therapy in a way that feels approachable, elevated, and authentic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent WorldSprings at activations, local events, and partnerships
- Engage guests with product knowledge, storytelling, and genuine hospitality
- Participate in setup and breakdown of the activation
- Capture content to support our Social Team
- Provide real-time feedback from guests to the Marketing Team
- Ensure proper transportation, set up, breakdown, and care of WorldSprings property (including cleaning equipment and/or making repair/replacement requests in a timely manner)
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource by connecting guests with the right resources for booking, pricing, or event planning.
- Support event operations through regular inventory counts and updates of brochures, samples, and promotional assets.
- Stay up to date with current and upcoming promotions, events, sales, amenities, and health and wellness benefits
- Foster meaningful connections with local vendors, partners, guests, and the community to grow the WorldSprings network

Working Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working in various outdoor weather conditions (e.g., early morning races or outdoor community events)
- Able to proactively problem-solve during live events.
- Ability to work 4–8 hour shifts that require constant movement, including walking, standing, and interacting with guests and partners.
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (e.g., 6:00 AM golf tournaments or 11:00 PM evening events).
- Able to attend approximately 4 events/month; The frequency will vary and may be more or less than 4 in a month
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior brand, events, or hospitality experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to reach different event sites.
