QUI Tequila is a luxury, additive-free tequila brand known for its smooth profile and high-profile collaborations with Chef Nobu and artist KAWS.We are growing our presence across the Florida market and looking for dependable, outgoing ambassadors to represent the brand in high-traffic retail environments.

Job Summary

We are hiring Brand Ambassadors to host in-store product demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations in and around Pompano Beach, FL.

This is a customer-facing role focused on engaging shoppers, educating them about Qui Tequila, and driving trial and sales through authentic brand storytelling.Training and sales materials will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Host in-store product demos and tastings• Educate customers on Qui Tequila's quality, process, and flavor profile• Create a welcoming and professional experience for shoppers• Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement• Build strong relationships with store staff• Track engagement and submit recap notes after events

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older• Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday• Retail experience preferred• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence• Reliable transportation within the Pompano Beach area• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public• Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus

Compensation

Pay: $30-$50 per hourPerformance bonuses tied to bottles soldApproximately 15-28 hours per week

Based in Pompano Beach, FLWork at Costco and other retail locations across the surrounding areaMust be willing to travel to nearby event locations.
