The Brand Ambassador at Chick-fil-A Victory Drive is a part-time/full-time position that involves spending time in operations while also representing the restaurant's brand in the community. The Brand Ambassador will build relationships with local customers, organizations, and event attendees, supporting marketing campaigns, community outreach, and promotions. They will also promote team member culture, recognition, and events. Along with managing ADP responsibilities to ensure smooth team operations. The role helps drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and a positive in-store experience while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
